Heart is so pained today ....

A father just wanting to be in the life of his kids. A thorough gentleman abiding by every court order for 2 years only being pushed to the edge as mother has defied 40 court orders.

Today, he had court orders to celebrate the birthday of his son. Just 2.5 hours. Bought so many gifts. Got a beautiful cake made. Carried games so that he could play with the kids. Made a video capturing beautiful memories from the times when both his kids hugged him and adored him.

Though the court said that mother should strictly comply with the order - she did not get the kids to spend time with the father. Blatant violation. 41st disregard for judicial order.

Why ? Because she knows she will get away. She knows she will give any excuse and it will be accepted. She knows she can continue alienating the kids from their father who they truly adore until they start seeing him as stranger & court will say NOTHING

This man is trained to fight battles on the border but he can do nothing to fight this enemy he married - the enemy within

The hopelessness.
The excruciating pain.
The zeal to still keep fighting.

I wonder what strength these men are made of .... A woman can cry even in front of Judges if subjected to such humiliation. But a man....he has to just swallow his pain and pretend strong because the court will declare him a weak man over just one breakdown !!!

NCRB numbers show the ugly truth about India’s justice system.🔨
Prisons are packed — many running 120–150% over capacity.
Biggest shock: Most prisoners are undertrial men. Not convicted. Not proven guilty. Just stuck inside for years.
These are ordinary men — husbands, fathers, sons, working to feed families. Law says they’re innocent until proven guilty.
But they sit in filthy, overcrowded jails waiting for the next hearing that never comes on time.
Lost years. No income. Families broken. Minds destroyed. Some even commit suicides.
Nobody gives those years back. No sorry. No money. Nothing.
Crores of cases pending. Bail almost impossible for poor men. Free legal help is a joke.
Result: Innocent men suffer worse than actual criminals.
Law says: Innocent until proven guilty.
Reality says: Innocent until you waste away long enough.
This is not justice delayed.
This is punishment without trial.
Fix the courts fast or stop calling it justice.

▪️Bombay High Court quashed POCSO case against the 52-year-old maternal uncle (mama) of the victim after she and her parents submitted a no-objection to the quashing petition. Court directed the accused to deposit ₹1.5 lakh, which would be utilised to purchase a MacBook or the latest laptop for the minor victim to support her further studies.

▪️Justice Ashwin D. Bhobe ordered the Registry to procure the latest version of a laptop in consultation with the victim and to transfer any surplus amount to High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund, Mumbai.

▪️An FIR was registered against the uncle (mama) of the minor victim u/s 8 and 12 of POCSO Act and Sections 74, 75, and 78 of BNS. After investigation, a chargesheet was filed against the accused.

▪️Court noted that the minor victim was the niece of the accused and that the case had arisen out of a misunderstanding between them.

▪️The statement of the minor recorded before the Judicial Magistrate First Class u/s 183 BNSS was placed on record, wherein she stated: " "मला माझ्या मामा मोहन मारुती जाधव यांचे विरुद्ध काही तक्रार नाही.” (I have no complaint against my uncle Mohan Marti Jadhav).

▪️She also filed an affidavit before the High Court affirming her no-objection to the quashing and stating that it was voluntary and without coercion.

▪️The victim and her parents appeared before the Court and confirmed the settlement, stating that the petitioner treats her as his daughter and that the complaint resulted from a misunderstanding.

▪️The learned APP submitted that, in light of the settlement and the affidavit, no useful purpose would be served by continuing the proceedings.

▪️Relying on Supreme Court precedents, Bombay HC held that there was no impediment to quashing the proceedings.

▪️Accordingly, the petition was allowed, subject to the deposit of ₹1.5 lakh within 2 weeks.

The Supreme Court observed that a husband cannot evade from his duty to maintain his ex-wife after divorce, on the ground that she is educated or has parental support.

In this case, the family court fixed a maintenance of ₹15,000 which was also upheld by the Madhya Pradesh HC.

The wife then moved to the Supreme Court, demanding higher maintenance from the Respondent, stating that Rs. 15,000/- maintenance was insufficient when the Respondent's monthly income was calculated to be Rs. 1,60,000/-.

The respondent-husband opposed the wife's claim, contending that she is highly qualified and capable of supporting herself, with adequate parental support.

He further pleaded financial inability, citing his liabilities arising from a second marriage that has also broken down.

Rejecting the husband's arguments, the Supreme Court allowed the wife's plea, noting that the amount of maintenance fixed by the Family Court was inadequate with the change of time and rising inflation and raised tha amount to ₹30k
