UPDATE #NotreDame: I have just been able to verify the footage. I reconstructed the URL's on https://t.co/yXyrx6lkjs of the cam footage and was able to pinpoint it to Unix timestamp 1555340708 (which is April 15th, 17:05hrs). Here is the unedited footage. (flash/spark at 0:23s)

1/2 As much as I would love to see the Notre Dame restored... the fact that 3 people... 3 PEOPLE, ditched out 600 million euros just like that is appaling!!! (The amount is up to 800 million last I heard, way more than the estimated cost of what will be needed for restauration)
