I was at a bodega this morning when I saw a small boy ask his mother for some candy.

As I saw her hand reach for a package of M&Ms, I cried out and left my place in line to stop her.

Plus! My mom and aunt (who was supposed to go with her) haven’t been able to reach a single representative and haven’t gotten an apology. Just a notice of cancellation with no reason as to why and a rebook time on the same day as their original return flight home. Like seriously?

My mom was so excited to see Lizzo for her birthday and now that just can’t happen.

@WestJet This whole shitshow ruined my mothers birthday trip. She can’t just rebook her entire itinerary, and they even had to sell their tickets to Lizzo since the only time westjet was willing to rebook their flights was 2 hours after they would have had to get on the plane home.
