I knew Oscar wasn’t gonna win when Dobby started crying like a loser to his team cause he couldn’t get passed home while being stuck behind him for 30 laps 👍
If this is all about housing for young people then why are all our other assets being included such as shares , commercial property , industrial property what’s that got to do with housing ?
Landlords are not selling properties thanks to Labor’s tax hikes.
They are RAISING OUR RENTS.
Thanks Albo and Chalmers. You total f wits.
It's fine for you and your cliffside beach house. The rest of us would like you to stop screwing around in a market you don't understand.
@Zapata18791919@linzcom Exactly. If there not targeting the same market, how does this policy support first home buyers and supply. Further, CGT only applies when landlords sell. Landlords will not sell until the next government overturns this policy. Less supply = higher prices.
@Zapata18791919@linzcom Also have left out the part where renters will take longer to save deposits to then buy their own homes now renting will become more expensive. Investors are generally not competing in the same housing markets as first-home buyers either.
@Zapata18791919@linzcom older multi-property owners provide inheritance to the younger generation. Statistically Millennials are more reliant on inheritance than the generations before them. Investors do build homes and apartments. without their buy in to new developments they don't eventuate.
@Zapata18791919@linzcom Losers: mum and dad millennial investors who were told to sacrifice and invest their money.
Young renters who won’t have housing because investors aren’t building any more properties and will hike up rental prices to cover costs of existing ones, Thus no savings capability.
@RobynAMilne@DemoniacoASX This tax incentive is also in place because the government decided it did not want to be a landlord itself. To incentivise working people to build homes and house people it provided a tax break. Without landlords, who is building homes and housing renters in Aus.
34 Senators voted NO to One Nation’s inquiry into NDIS fraud.
Right now, the system is $52B… and it’s projected to hit $100B by 2030.
And they don’t even want to investigate it.
These are our tax dollars and they’re happy for it to be rorted.
This is supposed to help the most vulnerable Australians.
So why shut it down? @DrewPavlou
Ok @WWE got a pitch for you:
This obviously happened because of the Danhausen curse. So now Finn goes back to the Demon for a Mania match against Dom, then Finn/Danhausen link up afterward for a run with the tag titles as…DemonHausen
I take Venmo, Zelle, or cash
