@flyethiopian why do you charge families who require seat bookings to book the front seat? I don't know any other airline that does this!! Families with infants need that space for a bassinet! So discriminatory against young families - £50 per seat booking is ridiculous!!

@JamavarLondon and then you ask the customer to bring a high chair with them on the tube?! When you are charging £50pp in your restaurant, you should be able to afford to keep more than one high chair. Absolutely appalled and disappointed....you should do better!!!

@JamavarLondon I'm shocked at the way I've been spoken to by yout staff when making a phone booking! Telling me that you have one high chair and that it's first come first served is not appropriate, when asked if there are any other bookings using the high chair at the time!
