@Danial_788 I'm very disciplined with my eating and pretty much eat the same way. Same meals. It eliminates thinking about what to eat. Count macros/weigh food to make sure I'm eating enough carbs, protein and fat because I do resistance training. It's easy once you get in the habit.

Poverty- you'd have no hunger and probably be able to treat or even stop a lot of cancer. Might even help with drug problem. Might help elminate abortion (used for birth control)

@sporsAlll Yes. His mom wanted to abort him. Not sure the dr. refused or if she couldn't afford it. I know she tried things like drinking alcohol and also running. She tried to miscarry.
