At Vitality we believe coaches are important to the success of our teams. Just like we invest in developing our players, we want to provide our coaches with the best resources to improve their craft.
Mac has played a crucial part towards that goal in recent months.
KC Busio 🇺🇸 on how exercise helps him as a pro:
"Scientifically going to the gym is beneficial because a big part of lifting is making sure you're breathing properly and in a higher activation state, and that applies directly on stage."
"When you're playing a long league game, if you're not breathing properly, by the end of the game, you're gonna feel exhausted, and that matters a lot in a Bo3 or Bo5"
"So, at level one, it helps you with your breathing, which directly helps in League, but also for me, I'm playing League all day, so it's nice to do something else other than League that also gives satisfaction, which is also beneficial for your health. So yeah, overall, it's very helpful and I would recommend it.”
We have brought a team of amazing coaches together to build Professional Foundations, a 6-week, cohort-based professional formation program designed to help coaches articulate their impact and difference to prospective clients.

Most coaches don’t struggle with competence.
They struggle with articulation.
Explaining how they coach, why they decide the way they do, and what differentiates their approach, clearly and calmly.
There are pioneers, and then there are PIONEERS.

Q: Faker on female players who are challenging themselves to go pro or pursuing a pro career
T1 Faker: "I think one of the greatest strengths of gaming is that men and women can play without any physical differences being a factor. As the number of female gamers continues to increase around the world, I hope they’ll keep playing an active role in the gaming scene and show lots of great matches in the future."
SO GOATED FOR THAT #FAKER
