Would I be correct in thinking @Mike_Fabricant knows absolutely nothing about teaching and teachers? And therefore should leave them out of his defense of @BorisJohnson 's drinking habits over Lockdown.
@bbcquestiontime@BBCOne@BBCiPlayer@BBCSounds@NEUnion have excellent training for teachers for years - say no to sexism. Perhaps engaging with our teaching unions who have expert practitioners should be tapped into, instead of thinking this is a new thing/problem.
@bbcquestiontime Ask y that Northants Tory Bool resorted to dog whistle politics in the chamber? Glad Angela Eagle answered with the contempt it deserved.
@jon_severs I am concerned about those of us pushed out at UPS no where near actual retirement age. This has happened to both me and my partner. We still have our own children to raise and feel totally taken for granted.
We welcome the removal of the single headline inspection grades. The idea that you could give a verdict on a whole school in one or two words was always ridiculous.
Ultimately, @Ofstednews must be replaced with a system of accountability that is supportive, effective and fair.

Am I the only teacher not at school today who feels the Ofsted one word announcement has still left a sick feeling in the pit of stomach? And this is with more than 25 years as a classroom teacher!
Hi all,
Don't forget Thursday is the final day for predicting the new Year 7 students’ GCSE results. You should have met them all by then. SLT will also need a detailed intervention plan and spreadsheet, by Friday, of how you intend to get them these grades. Be specific.
Thanks x
@RetirementTales Mine is When a knight won his spurs and I would like this for a colleague who is retiring and has been an inspiration to me for 24 years.
Ignore the outrage from the Daily Mail. This is fantastic news from the new @UKLabour government. The Tories despicable anti-strike legislation was deliberately designed to rob millions of workers of their right to strike, to force nurses, teachers & others to work against their will & allow them to be sacked if they refused. In scrapping it the Labour government should be applauded👏
Reform has five MPs.
Three used to work in the City of London (including one for Lehman Brothers).
One is a property magnate.
One is paid £100k a year as a GB News presenter.
This is apparently a “party of the people”
