@andibuttri I understand, and can absolutely see the value when I was working with large numbers of undergraduate students who could go to jobs anywhere. Now I work with Postgrad and Trust staff and have much smaller numbers and budget so the cost/value changes
@andibuttri In the meantime I can work with our EPR team to get a sandboxed version of the system used on the wards which would truly reflect practice. Not as quick to implement or time efficient, but is free.
Simulated practice learning can be just as effective as traditional clinical placements in improving outcomes for pre-registration nursing students, a major review has found.
