@HappySimEgg @EA I sent a ticket to recover the hotmail account but I’m not hopeful. Even the recovery email is my old work email that I don’t have access to anymore. I’ve heard that it’s not easy to recover a hotmail account….buuut based on my experience with @EA so far, it’s my best bet.
