Testing a product is EASIER than you think

Nobody’s asking you to reinvent the wheel

You don’t need 20 customer personas and a 3-hour brainstorm session

You just need:

- A proven angle
- 10–20 creative variations
- A good offer

And the balls to spend

Facebook decides what works
Your job is to feed the machine

I made a full SOP that shows exactly how I test products step by step

@semm018 Obviously my Claude made it, but It’s with the context, feedback and knowledge i have given it over the past 6 months for my own brands

[Sim @SimScaler]

Your Claude is writing you TRASH ads

“Make me 5 ads” and you get the same generic AI slop every brand is already running

That’s not a Claude problem. That’s a you problem.

I wrote a 75 page document that turns Claude into a senior 7 figure creative strategist

Angles, hooks, scripts, statics, landing pages. All of it.

Upload it once and Claude never writes like a robot again

Quick tip on something I see go wrong all the time when testing angles

Your landing page needs to match your ad

A lot of you make 5 new ads with completely different angles and send them all to the exact same product page. Then wonder why it's not converting.

Someone clicks an ad talking about one thing, lands on a page talking about something else, and they click away. Obviously.

Quick fix. Duplicate your landing page and match it to the angle.

Targeting an older audience? Swap the images so they see older people using the product.

Testing a black avatar instead of a white one? Change the images and the UGC videos on the page.

Running a gift angle? Make the copy about gifting, not about themselves.

It needs to match what they just saw in the ad. Barely takes any effort but it makes a big difference in conversion.

@calebcanales_ Just rebill them anyway!

[Sim @SimScaler]

@MR_MRR4 @BhDgenscaler @d_grimripper @ReignEcom Im averaging 85-87%, but you're using adyen too for direct sales or mids only?

[Sim @SimScaler]

@BhDgenscaler @d_grimripper @MR_MRR4 @ReignEcom 96% ??? What mids u on bro

[Sim @SimScaler]

@markoscales As i said it’s a brand new store, if metrics already look like this on day 4 it’s only getting better with scale🤣

[Sim @SimScaler]

Stop blaming Meta this Q4 because YOU are the problem

The product you KILLED, i would've SCALED

$200 CPMs and $3 CPCs is normal in 2026

My new store looked exactly like that on day 1

Day 4 it was at $25 CPMs and ROAS 4

The difference is I know what to do when it looks like shit

I recorded a quick video showing exactly how I turned it around

2 mistakes to avoid is overpaying for the setup and using a low quality nominee

[Warren.G @EcomWarren]

QUESTION FOR ECOM BROS:

Is there any cons the 0% TAX HK SETUP???

[Sim @SimScaler]

@EcomWarren Not the move if you want to run a brand to exit

For pure profit dropship stores it's great

This student started from complete 0 not too long ago

Literally not knowing how to build a store or use the Meta ads manager lol

He learned the basics and came back to me to work on the important things

Hit his first $1k day after 2 months🔥

[Sim @SimScaler]

Q4 IS ALMOST HERE!!

Fun fact i just realised i launched both my brands in september/october 2024 and 2025

This month is the best time to find your winning product and warm everything up

Then in November December you can already be at nice volume

[Sim @SimScaler]

3 years ago I was washing dishes to fund my failing general store

Today I'm running brands doing $20K+ days

No help. No shortcuts. I learned everything the hard way

I wrote a short breakdown of my full ecom story and every BIG MISTAKE I made along the way

If you're still struggling right now this will hit home and show you what to avoid

@wileysaless Didn’t say i made the image lol

I actually say in the Loom video that i found it on ig

[Sim @SimScaler]

The BIGGEST mistake people make in CBO campaigns

You turn off your biggest spender because it has a bad ROAS

Then your whole account dies and you have no clue why

That ad was feeding everything. Turn off the tap and every profitable campaign below it dries up.

If every ad you run has a great ROAS, that's not a flex. That's why you can't scale.

I broke the whole thing down in a quick Loom video

Good news for EU operators!

Supplier already found a fix for the €3 fee by using a different warehouse to ship from

But you need stock for it so only good for brands for now

[Sim @SimScaler]

You DON'T need a Klaviyo expert or a designer anymore

You can build your entire abandoned checkout flow with CLAUDE in 15 minutes

Most of you already know you need this flow. You just never built it properly or made the emails actually look good.

That excuse is dead now.

I made a full SOP you literally hand to Claude. It writes every email, designs the full HTML template, and walks you through the exact Klaviyo setup step by step.

STOP paying someone $500 for a flow you can build yourself in an hour.
