The Wirtz agenda is starting to feel exactly that, an agenda and it’s getting a bit nasty. Makes me question who plays/played football, who just watches it and who’s just watching the game through numbers. I understand it from rival fans, because it’s banter and most of them aren’t watching full games. But some of our own fans seem to have decided he’s a flop and just want to die on that hill. I’m seeing improvements, I’m seeing what he’s doing for the team and I can also see where he needs to do better.

Andoni Iraola’s reds are really bringing back my footballing happiness. Match days feel exciting again. Turned up to play football before the game and nobody’s asking “what’s up with Liverpool?”, just slapped them with 4 assists and a goal. Mrs stopped asking me why Liverpool are shit now. I love this life.

@LFCZEN_G For real, he’s doing his part for the team, making a lot of space off the ball and look how much distance he’s covering as well as trying to link play. He’s very unfortunate to not have more assists. You wont see me give up on him, he’s too talented. Big up bro, appreciate that🙏

Much better in that second half. Felt like a team that were pretty much on the same page. Really feel like game by game we’ve seen an improvement. Iraola seems to be correcting things mid game too which I like. Araujo just loves to defend doesn’t he. Macca is seriously proving a lot of us wrong. A bit better from Wirtz, created some decent chances and is doing a lot off the ball. Rio took it up a level in that second half. Barcola has to score that but hopefully the clinical side will come in time, also want to see him off the left. Back to back wins, now let’s make it three in a row.

Lowkey love that from Macca. Seems like he wanted to stay and so far his performances are backing that up. Could also mean the right offer didn’t come in for him. Seems like next summer could be very interesting when it comes to the midfield.
