@Discoverybank24 In the meantime, we have lost our accommodation for a trip in a few weeks time, because the payment was rejected by the recipient bank and a simple return of the funds into my account was not done in time!!!
@Discoverybank24 All they have, in the face of an urgent request relating to a large amount of money, are unhelpful platitudes.

And resolve ALL the tickets referenced. What would be great is if we could EVER get a call back instead of having to use our own airtime to follow up on the same issue every day.

I’ve been holding on the line with @Discoverybank24 for over half an hour to try get a query resolved! I actually can’t believe it. A normal service provider would surely have come back to me and asked to call me back?! Now I can’t put the phone down because I’ll be last again!
I act like I'm okay but Bobotie being a South African national meal doesn't sit well with my spirit. I don't know any black person who eats that. I've never heard anyone saying they will cook it or craving it
