OTET and CBT qualifying marks should be taken into consideration at the time of recruitment. Also contractual abolish, departmental exam for promotion and cadre restructure is absolutely necessary at present to streamline primary education in Odisha. We hope best from our govt .

We highlighted illegal promotion given from 2021 to 2024. We will take this upto govt level with other demands like contractual abolish, departmental exam for promotion, separate cadre for OTET 1, OTET 2 and non OTET and inclusion in 2013 contractual rule. These are key issues.
