Hie bro here is my advice next time dont enter into agreements with loan sharks no matter how desparate you are but this is the position in my opinion :

What you entered into is what we call Pactum Commissorium that is signing a "sale" agreement plus an affidavit as security for a loan, where the car is only meant as collateral and is a disguised as a pledge our law prohibits

a creditor cannot simply treat pledged collateral as automatically forfeited/sold on default.

The "sale agreement" is a sham designed to bypass the legal procedure. This makes his self-help repossession legally shaky regardless of what the contract you signed says
