@Wamagaisa The waste heats boilers and steam is generated that turn turbines which in turn generate electricity,. The technology is here, instead of criminalising Tongaat why not engage them to help set up projects like that.

@Wamagaisa I totally agree with you, why not invest in use of waste to generate electricity. Harare produces a lot of waste dumped at Pomona. Its not new technology, Tongaat Huletts is doing it in Zim, Green fuel is doing it using bagasse which is nothing but waste used to heat boilers
