@somegrlsam get a better job? I'm in healthcare and barely make $2000 a month. that covers my mortgage and bills. that's it. there are no better jobs. those "better jobs" still pay like minimum wage in todays economy. i own my house, which is great. but i cant afford anything else.

There's a lady on tiktok calling churches saying she needs help buying formula for her baby just to see if they will actually help their communities. She's called 20+ places and so far only a mosque and a tiny little church in Appalachia have offered to help.
