Customer Support Specialist turning frustrated customers into loyal ones | Real lessons, tips & templates from customer conversations | Open to remote roles.
Behind every great business is a customer who deserves to be heard.
I’m a Customer Support Specialist interested in customer experience, problem-solving, and what makes customers stay loyal to a brand.
I share insights, connect with professionals, and I’m open to remote roles.
Customers don't mind a delay. They mind being left in the dark.
As a customer or business owner, what would you add to this list? I'd love to hear both sides.
3. Follow through: If you tell a customer you'll check with your dispatch rider, get back to them within the hour, even if the answer is "no update yet."
It takes very little effort, but it changes how people feel about buying from you.
1. Update your customers before they ask: If an order is delayed, say so. Don't wait for them to chase you.
2. Be specific: Instead of "Your order is on the way," try "Your order should reach you between 2 and 4pm today."
