๐จ THE CHESSBOARD JUST SHIFTED! ๐จ
Newly baptized Shembe member and former eThekwini Mayor Zandile Gumede has officially joined the MK Party!
Yes, it is now CONFIRMED: Jacob Zumaโs MKP is locked, loaded, and contesting the 2026 Local Government Elections!
Msholozi is no longer just playing defense, he is going straight for the crown. By bringing Zandile Gumede into the MK Party fold, he has secured a powerhouse leader with deep roots, fierce community loyalty, and a proven track record of mobilizing the masses.
The ultimate prize? EThekwini Metro. With its massive multibillion-rand budget, Zuma needed a trusted, formidable heavyweight who knows the terrain inside out. Enter Gumede, a leader cherished by the communities and feared by her political rivals.

This isn't just a political defection; it's a structural earthquake for KZN. MKP just grew sharper teeth and bigger numbers. Watch this space, the road to the 2026 local elections just got a whole lot more explosive! ๐ฅ๐ฟ๐ฆ
@_AfricanSoil When I saw this earlier, I thought it was just a joke.
Madlanga Commissioner will be imprisoned for making the witnesses sick. Khan is in Hospital and now Mama Winnie.
This is not looking good for Madlanga!!!
@MzwaneleManyi I will say this is the best appointment, they introduced โFake it until you make itโ. This is creativity right there.
Even Ramaphosa himself has been living on the fake until you make it since 2018. His supporters are creating fake economy that is doing well.
@MzwaneleManyi In Australia we have independent generators, Network Service providers (NSP) and Australian Energy Market Operators (AEMO). AEMO doesnโt own the network, they only operate the network. The ITSO can do the same work as AEMO without having to own the assets.

The Minister's submission conflates legal concepts to reach conclusions the law does not support.
Allow me to assist you Minister.
A FAILED extradition is not a finding of guilt or innocence.
The UAE court found South Africa's extradition request legally deficient. It relied on a cancelled warrant for one charge, no warrant for another, and held that the alleged money laundering fell within UAE jurisdiction. Fact.
Just in case you confuse these things; an extradition court only determines whether the legal requirements for surrender have been met. It does not decide innocence or guilt.
The Minister also treats the status of the Interpol Red Notice as settled when the State itself has adopted inconsistent public positions on whether it remains in force. In any event, a Red Notice is an administrative policing mechanism, not proof of guilt.
Describing the UAE court's judgment as a "procedural technicality" without identifying any legal error is not legal analysis. It's political rhetoric.
If you contend that the judgment was wrong, explain why in law.
Likewise, the re-enrolment of the Nulane prosecution following the acquittal in Bloemfontein HC, changes nothing about the UAE extradition ruling. Those are separate legal processes with separate legal consequences.
Most embarrassingly, the Minister fails to distinguish between Ajay Gupta,(whose presence in the pilgrimage with President Zuma) prompted the outbursts in your presser, and the extradition proceedings concerning Atul and Rajesh Gupta.
They are indeed brothers, but they are not interchangeable.
Your entire tirade is misplaced
Serious allegations especially by a whole Cabinet Minister require factual precision, not generalisations.
The rule of law demands legal accuracy, not political rhetoric dressed up as analysis.
Ministers have a constitutional duty to state the law correctly.
This weak and incoherent submission does not.
@lunietoolz In South Africa, they charge you and leave you hanging with that cloud for years and years to come. Ace, Brian, Koko, Gama and others were charged and even today they did not sit for the court to adjudicate.
Charge them and then use the criminal narrative to destroy them!!!
@Khu_Ntshavheni@Derek_Hanekom Letโs assume the minister is alright to question the Guptas, what is happening to Mantashe about the Bosasa. The Bosasa people are in South Africa and those involved are in cabinet. Please give us updates on those crimes minister @Khu_Ntshavheni
@MasilelaDr@themankhosi If I get to know that there is a famous South African coming to the country where I am, I try everything to go and meet the person.
Did Zuma flew to India to meet the Guptas or he met them as he was in India?
@AdvoBarryRoux Where was the picture taken? I have a lot of pictures I took with famous people, but those people donโt know that thereโs someone like me.
It is possible that Zuma doesnโt know Khan!!
@GardeeGodrich This thing of overseas meetings should be looked at very carefully. I live overseas and each time a South African comes to the country where I am, I make it a point that I go and meet the person.
Does it mean the person came to the country to see me, the answer is No.
@Newzroom405 Why should Ramaphosa supposed to explain the government program to the three groups instead of explaining it to the public.
Ramaphosa has no plan.
@JulesArse@SABCNews Oh baas Jules is now in charge of where, what and how I should comment. You canโt tell me anythingโฆ. if you have anything to say just answer my question.
