Day 3 of being stranded in rural Lavonia, GA after our @Enterprise rental was hit and towed away. Enterprise left me, my daughter, and my 82-year-old mother-in-law outside a CLOSED location in the rain with our luggage.

Roadside assistance spent 3 hours unsuccessfully trying to find an Uber, Lyft, or taxi, then told us to “figure it out” ourselves, despite the nearest open Enterprise being 1.5 hours away.
