@missjredwards I left teaching- had lots of worrries about whether it was the right thing to do after 20 years. Took the plunge and have had no regrets. Life is too short to be unhappy and stressed every day. Good Luck!

@Headteacherchat Reach out to other Headteachers. You need a sounding board for when you have a tough day. Have a meeting with staff. Tell them how you were feeling at the end of last term. Sometimes they need a reminder that you are a person with feelings! Do something you enjoy doing too
