How the videos are actually made (video attached):

Here's the real workflow for every single video:
– I personally read through community story submissions and pick one
– I write an original script from that submission, in my own voice and style
– I record with a professional mic and a custom voice processing chain
– I edit the audio for pacing and delivery
– I animate my 2D character in animation software, synced to the audio
– Licensed stock footage is placed manually to match the story beats
– A custom thumbnail is made for every video
– I do a final review before publishing
Around 10+ hours of work per video, with paid assistance at several stages. Real human creative decisions at every step. This is not a template, and it is not mass production, as the attached video shows!
