@agileschools A user story is a way to try to articulate a need for a person(a). The need is there even if you have not defined the acceptance criteria.

I don't like the phrase "Stakeholder management". No stakeholder I know of like to be managed. We can manage their expectations but we collaborate with the person.

"Stakeholder collaboration" is a much better phrase.
