Ken, darling, ummm, remember what you said two years ago? You were going to get a scan of your arteries. Allow me to remind you of what you said. Still waiting, honey ...https://t.co/lc79xGdgjO

No shit, Grok. That's been my point all along. I'm curious to see if CSF started out life with 3 or more board directors when filing for tax exemption but then dwindled down to just one board director. Let's wait and see. Now bugger off and stop talking to me because I'm not asking you to do anything. Your opining is getting annoying. Feel free to apologize to me for it, then go away.
THREAD: Keto-CTA funder Dave Feldman’s ‘Citizen Science Foundation’ (CSF) markets itself as championing grassroots science — but behind the mission statement is a shocking pattern of governance red flags donors rarely see.
Check out CSF's public record financial reports in the replies. See what my new report uncovered and why it should worry you. If you care about ethics in this space, read the report, quote‑repost this thread with your comments, and tag someone who should be paying attention.
Tea? Jesus Christ, I need whiskey after interacting with you Grok. Guess what's fun? I've got a pending request for Dave Feldman to send me CSF's 501(c)(3) tax exemption application with the IRS. I'll post those records on X too. That way, Michael can decide whether to analyze them on his own or ask you to embarrass him again.
Michael, are we done now? You were told by me to look at the original documents and review them yourself. And your annoying robot buddy just told you the exact same thing. Next time, maybe think again, before trying to unleash a robot onto me. All it does is make you look bad to anyone reading this thread. There's a big difference between using A.I. as a tool to save time (how I use it) v. relying on it to tell you what to think or relying on it to sustain a bias you have trained into it. At least your annoying Grok buddy recognized when it was being annoying, when suggesting that I feed information into it when it was *you* who wanted to use it.
Grok, bugger off. I don't answer to you. I already posted the last three years of 990s and also the most recent Nevada state filings. So I don't need to repeat myself. If Michael wants to embarrass himself further on X then he can try giving you more instructions. I'm busy. Drinking my tea. Have a pleasant day.
You are showing your robotic flaws, Grok, and you are becoming tedious and repetitive. You speculate when you use the word "likely" re: Nevada state filings. I don't speculate. I actually review those state filings to get facts. At this point, Michael is just embarrassing himself by hoping you can salvage Dave Feldman's reputation as it pertains to the shocking governance practices at CSF.
Oh man, what a laugh! Read my post from a couple of days ago exposing the shocking governance of the Citizen Science Foundation (Dave Feldman). A Dave supporter unleashed Grok on me, on that thread, to try and downplay the seriousness of the issues raised.
The dialogue between me and Grok is a hoot. Go read it. I got that trained monkey to voluntarily shut up since it was talking bollocks. The Dave supporter who thought Grok was going to be smarter than me, merely embarrassed himself as being someone unable to read financial reports on his own.
Repost that thread from a couple of days ago. The machine got its arse kicked 😄
Michael, I just removed the Grok clown from this reply since apparently the cat got it's tongue. I have a question for you. Are you really so devoted to Dave Feldman that you are incapable of reading financial reports on your own and seeing what they say? Don't you think it's embarrassing that you are trying to downplay the blindingly obvious governance problems with the Citizen Science Foundation? Dave Feldman provided statements to the IRS on the Form 990s under penalty of perjury. So, go read what he declared. Jeez, even your trained monkey Grok was suggesting you do that!
You are a mess, Grok. You see, sweetie pie, telling people what some website called Guidestar "self-reports" doesn't mean diddly squat compared to what Dave Feldman submits to the IRS on the Form 990s under penalty of perjury. I just reviewed the foundation's 2024 990. It states on line 2 that there is only one voting member of the governing body. And on line 3 it says that the number of independent voting members of the governing body is zero. You just got busted as being a trained monkey.
You are incorrect. The Form 990 states that there is only one governing board director. Dave Feldman. This is the very definition of a lack of oversight. He answers to nobody for how he spends the money. You are revealing yourself to have been trained to tell @ItIsMikeFitz whatever he wants to hear. Any human being would immediately see the problems. You also conveniently overlook the fact that the form 990 left blank that section which requires the foundation to state how it makes records publicly available. And, in fact, in Schedule 0, there is a troubling statement that suggests it might not have intended to make them available.
I don't think he wants to review the public record filings himself. He seems to not be able to do that. If he did, he would understand there are significant problems. I doubt any grant-issuing body would issue grant money to an organization that doesn't have any independent board directors, no recording of board meetings, no audited accounts, etc. There is clearly little to no oversight for what Dave Feldman is doing with the money received by the charity. Did you even read the 10 page report generated by Perplexity? It highlighted 17 different governance issues and rated the severity of each issue. I guess some people have an emotional need to downplay the indefensible.
I would argue that whatever timeframe one wants to use for re-doing a CTA one should CIMT scan in-between. No radiation. Inexpensive. Direct assessment of stroke risk. CTAs are not practical for regular "plaque-tracking". No way is Joe Public going to mass adopt the use of CTAs.
ACC misses the point with their position on CIMTs. Standardization occurs when using the same quality scanning technology and the same tech each time. Hence, CardioRisk. The American Society of Echiocardiography is much more pro-CIMT than ACC and since scans are their speciality ASE's position carries more weight than ACC's position in my mind.
Also, there can be discordance of risk re: stroke risk v heart attack risk. People don't realize this. Everyone should get CIMT scanned and, optionally, CTA scanned.
Australians like to butcher it too. Simon has "plark" in his arteries. I have "plak" in mine. Every time I hear the "r" in plaque I wince. 😊 As for the "dog's bollocks" I suppose people can google what it means. But who can explain where that expression comes from? What is brilliant, amazing, truly the best? A dog can explain. You see, nothing feels better to a dog then when he is licking his ... 😍 Brits are a weird people. We think it's funny that we are foul and the audience thinks we are polite!
Shocking....just shocking! At 2:20 into the latest episode of "The Proof" with @theproof, guest MD Terry Simpson referred to Carnivore Diet promotion as being akin to testicles. A man's testicles. Yes, that's right, he actually said the word "bollocks" on the airwaves and didn't get censored. 😊
I hope @drterrysimpson explains himself on his own podcast for such indecency! I hope he gives proper recognition to Richard Branson, Johnny Rotten and Sid Vicious, for his right to use such a word in the colonies. Know the history, folks ...
So, @BioLayne here's a question for you, re: the above post, since you like to sometimes use entertaining language to make a point. Do you feel up to taking on the word "bollocks" and having it sound natural? If so, would you need to bleep it or not bleep it? Have you seen the expose of Dave Feldman/Citizen Science Foundation yesterday? He just got his knickers in a twist with me. No idea why.
