@thevoteuk No, you're missing the bigger picture. There are millions of people aged 17-69 who have a driving licence but shouldn't be allowed to drive. Focus on them first.
Maybe a mandatory retest for everyone, every 20 years.

Eventually they agreed to £71 for everything on another 24mth deal.
