@amazon last Saturday I’ve ordered a Apple Pencil 2, 125 euro. I just saw that it’s a #prime deal at this moment for 100 euro. Contacted the customer service: I need to send it back and order a new one for the new price. How’s that #environment friendly? Really bad.

@AmazonHelp Amazon is not the only company with dynamic pricing out there. So customers need to send perfectly good products back to order and order new one? This way Amazon does impact the environment more than it should be and damaging its bottom line. A @Zalando does that very well.
