@cllrtimthomas @UKGovWales @propelwales Factually incorrect . Yeah funding was administered from the welsh government and hence fully devolved. Nothing to do with Uk gov. Funding pots are how you bid for it, so problem is bridgend council and the Welsh gov. Not the UK! How would an independent wales fund this Tim?
