@TurnRightHere1@KrockFootball If I think I know anything about the way Geelong is coached, I know they aren't internally talking about being flag favourites. Ridiculous take.
@OneSevenDG He really did. I'm an Aussie who thought it was out. But I loved the way he moved Carse away, questioned the umpire himself without escalating. Had every right to be filthy and lose his cool.
@PaulZauch@NickGers_ You are 100% right Paul. The draw is ridiculous. The argumant about getting more fans in the stadium is absurb. Almost everyone watching every game is doing so on TV, not at the ground.
The EPL is a great example of getting it right.
@PoppyPenny1@abcsport Hey Poppy.
You were talking about the sub rule today. Wondering if a bench of 5 will give good teams an outsized advantage. They often have better list depth. Could it mean a wider divide between the best and worst teams? There are always unintended consequences to these things.
@jclarke0408@VeteranDave That's correct if you assume all Pies supporters would just vanish into thin air. But that's not how economics works. They'd be redistributed as fans of other teams, be equally passionate, and spend their time and money following other teams.
