@benmclaughlan Great to hear. Physical exercise is so good for mental well-being in so many ways. I wonder what drove you to start the journey, I can imagine it’s has been so easy to allow work to get in the way, I know I have allowed that for far too long.

@drdanbarnard @MarchonStress @CWPT_NHS TRiM is a great peer lead intervention method that is also used by the British Army to help soldiers identify unusual behaviour that may be a sign of low mood, depression or even a risk of self harm or self neglect.
A very good fit for other organisation such as the NHS. 👍

@JohnnyMercerUK Question time this wk, a young gentlemen asked the Q; about £££ and the model for MH services as over 20% of the need in is on MH services now. If you look at the great results Op Courage will show around working with the 3rd Sec + lived Exp as a good way forward

It’s really us that should thank them, but by giving volunteers a rewarding role, I can see why they would thank you.
