🔸If you are a political scholar or commentator and you are mature, serious about politics, homegrown and ideologically grounded; you cannot - at every time, point or turn - vilify without basis one citizen with mass political support with whom you’ve developed an unhealthy obsession because they are the only name that can change the game but have thought critically about your advice and chosen not to take it.

For the avoidance of doubt, hating Chamisa is not a big idea.

Nobody owes you anything, and you are entitled to absolutely nothing. Seeing yourself as having the sole prerogative to have a strategy, opinion or point of departure on political matters and believing your view is the only view won’t cut it. There are politicians with courage and agency who will stand for what they believe in, despite your anti-intellectual scramble for attention and mercy from those who cause people to suffer and go into exile.

The people know who their leaders are regardless of what is in your self-indulgent head.

If you want or need to get out of exile, you must earn it by persuading those who forced you out instead of weaponising the political decisions of those who are opposed to the establishment - otherwise forget it!
