Very smart - keep the fires burning ! I imagine there will be a lot of companies requiring your assistance to re ignite their thrust during and after these extraordinary times
#hotels The hotel sector has obviously been badly hit but is expected to see a recovery towards Q4 2020 with London leading the charge. Rentals may need to be re negotiated to assist their cash flow.
The retail sector was changing massively anyway. Hopefully fresh new ideas for traditional retail locations will be considered seriously now - more leisure, all types of residential, small workshops, market type retail etc. we need to make them buzz again
#commercialrealestate Inevitably occupiers will rethink the size specification location and cost of existing premises after CV19. We can expect significant 'churn' as companies fail and others sub let to release more supply in all sectors. Rentals will be affected.
#retailers All very sad but unsurprising. Local Planning Authorities and Landlords need to start thinking carefully how High Streets are to be re invented with a mixture of different uses. No point trying to encourage occupiers who are likely to fail
High street fashion retailers Oasis & Warehouse have collapsed into administration, putting some 240,000 sq ft of space, across 92 stores, at risk of closure. Both chains also currently operate out of more than 400 concessions according to @EstatesGazette data.
Don't panic Mr Mainwaring, I think its far enough away not to cause any damage......I hope so, as I have just repaired my garden shed after Storm Ciara !
⚡️ “A survey named Bournemouth as the best beach in the UK again”
oh come on we can do better than that in the UK - what about Cornwall, Wales and West Scotland ?
