Committed to performance improvement through Theory of Change. Supporting the social good sector to make even more of a difference and create even greater value
A great way to end the week with a chat to @AilsaCook about #outcomes#theoryofchange#serviceimprovement and the work of https://t.co/1ukNpQ5GVP. Looking forward to trying out the OutNav system and the chance of working together.
I’m pretty darned excited about our @YouthImpactUK annual gathering this year. It’s a 2 day extravaganza (come to either or both) to allow more time for both practice & theory. 5/6 Nov in lovely @ToynbeeHall https://t.co/gYHJIFTi8Y

@luke_a_rogers Hi Luke my apologies, my thought was about 'Train' rather than 'Engaged'. What I was suggesting was that 'Train' is a process. The outcome from 'training' is that they are 'Engaged'? A precondition to being 'Engaged' could be 'Knowledge and Skills' acquired thru training?
@luke_a_rogers Sorry to be a smart arse Luke but I'd suggest that us a process and not an outcome. Should it not be 'Skilled and Knowledgeable Conservation Scientists? The outcome definition would then describe the outcome enabling you to identify outcome indicators.
@sported_NI@sported_UK Congratulations Brenda!! It was lovely to visit recently and learn more about your work and the City. You were a wonderful host!! See you soon x
