We're using AI but not seeing business impact.

Because coding is an input, and AI made inputs free. So "we shipped a lot" now means nothing.

Two scoreboards that matter:
- Did it move the top line? (the customer)
- Did it move the bottom line? (us)

Move neither = kill it.

What transfers is knowing how curiosity feels from the inside, so he can chase that feeling anywhere: music, dancing, cricket, studying, work.

Chess is just the vehicle the passion showed up in.

My son Arav is glued to chess — so I'm using it to teach him everything I think matters: money, character, judgment, passion.

Then we found Zah: a bot from an inverted universe. It refuses to win. To beat it, you have to lose — by forcing it to win. Same rules. Goal flipped.

What I want Arav to keep and the moral if the story for me:
1. How would I lose? is often easier than How do I win?
2. You don't really understand a system until you can run it in reverse.
3. The rules are fixed. What you optimize for is a choice - and it changes everything.
