The biggest marketing mistake Allan Dib sees:
A little LinkedIn. A little Instagram. One YouTube video.
No traction.
Best marketers: pick 1-2 channels, go deep, do not add the next thing until they've won the current one.

1/ Capital Returns is a must-read for investors (more so in the current era) and is packed with lessons that should never be dismissed because it's rarely "different this time"!
Here are some of my thoughts after having read the book a couple of times
Long 🧵
"We don't have the budget."
"I need to think about it."
"Send me a loom video."
If you didn't hear at least 1 of these today... you're not committed to sales.
Rate your commitment to being the sales engine this week: 1–10.
Below 10? Here's your jetpack for this week's calls:
“We already have a supplier.”
❌ Weak: “Would you ever consider switching?”
✅ Better: “I am jotting this down. Already has a supplier. I’m curious, recent pick?”
“This isn’t a priority.”
❌ Weak: “What would need to change?”
✅ Better: “Help me understand, when you say not a priority, do you mean you don’t see the issue, you see it but it’s not hurting, or something else?”
“We don’t have the budget.”
❌ Weak: “If we made it work, any reason not to look?”
✅ Better: “If budget appeared tomorrow, would you move? Or when you say no budget, do you mean you wouldn’t make room even if you wanted this?”
“I need to think about it.”
❌ Weak: “If you could decide now, why would you?”
✅ Better: “Fair. Let’s call it a No for now, am jotting this down. Which part of your decision needs thinking time?”
“Send me an email.”
❌ Weak: “Will you actually read it?”
✅ Better: “Nine out of ten times that’s code for ‘end the call.’ Is that what this is?”
Do this and you’ll protect your time, shorten your cycles, and only work on the real pipeline.
Ignore it and you’ll waste months chasing ghosts.
P.S. What’s the one line that ruins your cold calls the most?
No code. No prep. No plan.
Just a real problem and Claude Code.
One hour = one app = passive income.
That is the wisdom machine in action.

One question can completely change how an interviewer sees you: "How can I be guaranteed to be involved in projects that are critical to the strategic future of this organization?" It shows you're thinking beyond the job and focused on creating long-term impact.
Unpopular opinion: it is ALWAYS beautiful & good to love something enough for it to have the power to break your heart like this.
In fact; to know real love, one must risk this pain.
Most founders use AI like Google.
Ask. Answer. Leave.
Nothing compounds. Nothing improves.
The fix is a wisdom machine. 30 days. One lesson per day. Completely different results.

I ignored daily habits for years. Too boring. Too slow.
Then I watched people with "less talent" pass me.. on autopilot.
Their secret wasn't intelligence. It was repetition.
What are your TOP 4 daily habits?
