@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Never had so many issues with one company, Broadband been at max 0.80 meg download for over a week, unable to use Internet or TV catch up, apps etc. Unable to get through on phone, many calls on hold for over 1 hour then cut off. Joke!

So @datatool @scorpionauto put out a recall for 'FAULTY' products , however ignore you when you have concerns over your unit which have failed during riding & a Motorcycle shop has already said the unit is on the list of recalls for that actual fault, DANGEROUS

@datatool faulty @datatool alarm left bike stranded, trying to contact @datatool for over 5 days in respect to faulty alarm & the recall of it but nothing? No help, no back up service, no response, poor service
