@SomeDieu Nope I am on the same boat as well. lol I find now especially during this pandemic that my screen time is ridiculous. Like you said one video for me turns into 10 videos before catching myself.

Dr. Benjamin's piece on how technology can create an unequal access to job opportunities stood out to me because I never really thought this happens at all in society. I did not know that companies can use technology to filter out “unfavourable candidates”. #unboundeq

This stood out to me as well and it had me thinking a lot about the future. Like how will the next generation deal with this. For me growing up the interview process was easy. I hand in my resume and if the manager was there I get an interview. very simply and unbiased process

The thing that stood out to me most about Dr. Benjamin's video was how they illustrated how much dangerous the new "Jim code" compared to the old "the Jim Crow laws". "Jim code" has described has no face to it because its done behind the computer screen. #unboundeq

It has not been until recently that I started to notice more and more algorithms along my feeds. I use Instagram and it's crazy to see how much algorithm I see day in and day out. What amazes me is how they instantly know what I'm looking for or what I am in need of. #unboundeq
