@CoachLydia_CTFD I can’t remember when I started to believe it when I gave myself compassion. For the longest time I just said it, without believing it.

Now I believe. Keep practicing folks. Keep saying the words. If you keep it up, you WILL believe. Kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness.

@mcschuurman Totally agree. I have an accountability buddy. Right now the only question I want them to ask is: “Did you go to bed on time?” Brick by brick we build the foundation.
