@dharford79 So many vehicles today with daylight running lights, headlights on but not the rears.
On a motorway / dual carriageway everyone is travelling in the same direction. You are more than likely to be hit on the rear of your vehicle.
Make sure your vehicle is lit front and rear.

Why would you risk it? Full protective kit everytime, even for just 'popping down to the shops'!
I wear level 2 equipped textile jacket & trousers and full height motorcycle boots, AA rated gloves and full face helmet EVERYTIME!
