@HM_Passport Ever thought of providing a tracking number? You should contact Amazon who do with with orders. You don't do this with our passports and important documents. No good enough!!!
@HM_Passport Hello i got the passport thanks. However, the irreplaceable supporting documents have not arrived. How can these be sent without a tracking number? Please provide this asap.
@HM_Passport Thank you Sally. I have given up to be honest. Your communication system is not fit for purpose. I am just glad only have to apply for #passports every ten years. If there was an alternative private company, i would use them, sorry.

@HM_Passport I've done this. No reply. But i did get a message telling me not to message more than once, which was very helpful! Overall, not impressed, and rather disappointed.
@HM_Passport Four days have passed. I was told someone would reply. I have sent documents, DHL have confirmed delivery, but not HM Passports. This has been going on for weeks. You keep on requesting an extra document. Do you think i am going to just blindly send important docs.
@HM_Passport Sadly this is just propaganda. You see how many people HM #passport are letting down. The communication structure is not working. You do not reply in 3 days, or even 7 days. People pay their hard earned money, you need to be able to provide a better service.
@HM_Passport It is 6 going 7 weeks now, and I am yet to receive my passport despite numerous calls and emails 💔💔 My reference number is PEX 349 410 950X; surely this can’t be right? Mainly when I have explained why I need my passport quickly 💔💔Am beyond stressed and frustrated!
@HM_Passport We all appreciate you are busy, but who isn't? You need to update the "application history" for each applicant. Sending original documents is stressful, they are difficult to replace. Please communicate their arrival. As how are we to know they are and not lost?
