@RoyalMail Parcel due 25/6. Visited RM office on 27/6 & told it was out for delivery. No delivery so far. Visited RM office in Warne Road, W-s-M on 3/7 & told, "in the backlog & will be 3-4 days at best".
Not acceptable service. Please expedite or advise on how to get my package
