@British_Airways Hi BA it’s been 2 months since I made a claim for compensation for a flight you cancelled - not a peep of a reply stop telling me on X that you are too busy and just tell me what’s happening with my refund

@British_Airways Does anyone actually work in British airways customer service -I submitted a claim on 22/6 and have asked for a response or update on my case 5 times since and have not had a single reply -it’s as if I don’t exist and they don’t care about their customers

@British_Airways Thank you for your feedback the only reason I comment on social media is because of the lack of communication by the normal channels
I will wait another 7 days in hope of something happening
