Also, most former veterans I've seen talking (from WW1 and onwards) tell you the real heroes didn't come home

@DanNeidle Burnout - younger employees are keen to earn more then, as Herzberg or Maslow said, the best you can feel about salary is not dissatisfied. Consequently after a few years employees think "I'm not taking this bollocks anymore" and opt for a more rewarding (excluding pay) life
