@AmericanAir just sat for 40 minutes in First dining at MIA, waiting for a burger. I was the only one in there and had to ask for another drink as no one came to refill.
I am BAGGL, and have been considering switching all my spend to AA for Concierge key.

@Delta sat on the 6 hr delayed 2129 at MCO, crew arrived from Atlanta to a round of applause, flight boarded but no pilots. Apparently they are lost in the airport … at 2am ….
