We're not biased against our own countryman. However, when we say he's unfit for the office, this video speaks itself. These people live in kalamoja, just a few kilometers away from where Mr @Olara_Otunnu stays. Has he ever spoke publicly about this issue.
Dear world, how can someone take responsibility for other countries when his own people are severely struggling with unemployment and poverty. For us we know he's a puppet of Mr @KagutaMuseveni. That's why he cares about nothing but the money brings to buy delegates votes, money that could instead build five schools in karamoja.
Karamoja is the richest region in Uganda in terms of resources, yet it's people have suffered the most during Mr @KagutaMuseveni's 40 years rule, receiving no development at all. @UNICEF used to fund Mr @KagutaMuseveni's government to support them, until they realized the money was embezzled and they cut off the funds.
Now Mr @Olara_Otunnu lies to you how he can stand and help the people of Gaza, if he's elected as the United Nations Secretary General, but in reality, his boss Mr @KagutaMuseveni doesn't care for Muslims communities. He had plans to send soldiers in Gaza, but the deal collapsed, and he now believes that if Mr @Olara_Otunnu wins, it will be easier for him to revive the deal.

Alex Waiswa Mufumbiro has been in prison since September 8, 2025. His wife died while he was detained, and he was denied the chance to give her a final goodbye.

Yesterday, yet another bail application was rejected, pushing the matter to September 18. He will now spend a year and 10 days in prison without trial.

His crime? Supporting Bobi Wine and NUP.

This is not justice. It is political persecution.

Passed by Kiruddu hospital this evening to check on our comrade Paul Musoke who suffered severe burns when the house in which he was, was attacked, locked and set on fire. According to the medical team, his condition is critical but stable. We shall be hoping for an independent and quick investigation to establish the motive of the attack. Hopefully the perpetrator(s) will be brought to book! Wishing him a full recovery.

He was abducted from Mbarara by security personnel, put into a drone and taken to an unknown location. His lawyers have filed several habeas corpus applications demanding that the government produce him, dead or alive. Yet the state continues to claim that it does not have him.
