We stood for close to an hour ku line wase Shoprite South Africa lo se market(kwaku Cambridge before),it was soooo full most of the cashier as you all do know they get tired and lack customer service they then become so rude.
This young lady right here was amazing ,from her smile to her patient,we wanted something that was not at till my sister decided to rather not buy it as she saw the lady might be rude and say ayikho. But No I asked her for it she then responded with a smile โ oh itโs so far but donโt worry I go get it for you โ๐ฅน๐ซฃ sis ngayeki noma sobona ukthy akuvumi uhleke you might not know it but you do make someoneโs day by just being you and loving your work

@mafuyaw @Mlu__N2 Its called ukukhipha ubuthi in Zulu. You do it each time you give someone something that is not sealed as an assurance that it isn't poisoned.
@MsKgaditswe That's my soulmate phela. In this modern busy life where everyone is working we barely have time for friends excepts on occasions. As long as we have family, its cool. Fine by me!
