Matlhomola Moshoeu was a 16 year old black boy killed after being accused of stealing sunflowers worth R80, about five U.S. dollars.

Two white farmers, Pieter Doorewaard and Phillip Schutte, pushed him from a moving van, causing fatal neck injuries. He died on 20 April 2017. They claimed he jumped. The court rejected that. Both were convicted of murder, kidnapping, intimidation, theft and pointing a firearm.

The judge called their actions towards Moshoeu DISGRACEFUL and said his death had a DEVASTATING EFFECT on his family and polarised the Coligny community.

Bonjour à tous. Je m’appelle Albert Richard suis à la recherche de ce petit garçon (né en 25 juillet 2001 à Thies au Sénégal) qui est sur la photo qui s’appelle Jean Pierre Emile. C’est mon petit frère et j’ai beaucoup hésité avant d’écrire ici.

Il a été donné en adoption en 2002 au couple français sur la photo ( Claude et Veronique) qui vivait au temps vers Lyon. En effet , la mère ( Emilie) est décédé au lendemain de la naissance de mon petit frère, je devais avoir 5 ans. mon oncle qui était chef de maison avait donné le bébé (dont ma tante s’occupait déjà depuis Dakar) à ce couple qui se trouvait être ses amis car ils ne pouvaient pas avoir d’enfants.
ils sont revenus au pays un jour nous voir quand le petit avait 4 ans et depuis lors on ne le voit plus, ni de nouvelles de lui ni de sa famille adoptive.
j’ai grandi avec cette envie et cette promesse de retrouver mon petit garçon car était le seul lien avec la daronne. J’ai demandé a mon oncle et j’ai insisté à plusieurs reprises mais il me fait savoir qu’il n’a plus de nouvelles d’eux , tout ce temps je demandais aussi et je cherchais des informations Les seules que j’ai réussies à trouver de lui durant ces années sont les photos suivantes..
Je veux juste revoir mon petit frère pas forcément faire partie de sa vie, ni de le séparer de sa famille adoptive mais ce manque est plus fort que moi et je demande à cette famille de me laisser revoir mon frère qui doit avoir 26 ans donc toute personne qui pourrait m’aider sera la bienvenue. Je ne sais pas si j’ai le droit ou pas d’écrire ici pour en parler ou de faire sa recherche mais c’est une nécessité pour moi et je le fais de manière noble et purement amicale.
Je m’excuse auprès de tous vraiment et j’espère trouver des pistes.
