I want to talk to any man who is struggling with pornography, masturbation, and hookups.

I want you to give me two to three minutes of your precious time so that I can explain to you the reason as to why one, society has done little to nothing to come and help you out in your struggle.

Number two, society does not care about any man who is addicted to anything.

And the reason is very, very simple.

The vast majority of people in society are addicts, whether it is masturbation, whether it is pornography, whether it is alcohol, whether it is cigarettes, whether it is sleeping around, you can name all these addictions.

They don't have the time, the energy, and the attention to come and help you out in your struggle.

You have to help yourself out.

We as young men, nobody has been there to come and educate us on matters sexual discipline.

Nobody has been there to tell us, guys, your sexual energy as a man is powerful.

It has the capability of creating a human being, a child, or it has the capability of destroying you as a man.

And also it has the capability of creating you, uplifting you if you're not creating a child.

We are never taught these things because the people who are supposed to teach us, guess what?

They are also in their own struggles.

Nobody is going to come and save us.

We have to pull ourselves out of this pit of mediocrity.

I have had to pull myself out.

I have had to educate myself.

I have had to sit with myself and learn from my own mistakes after years of consuming porn, masturbation, you know, sleeping around, drugs, alcohol.

I've had to sit down and be like, okay, hold up.

This doesn't make any sense.

We cannot continue doing this.

We cannot continue living like this, Francis.

We have to wake up.

No offense, but society does not give a fuck about you.

Notice how every time that you try to speak about, let's say, you're struggling with pornography or masturbation, what do they normally do?

They try and make you feel weird about yourself.

They try and make you feel as if you're the only one who is going through a particular struggle, this particular addiction, that it is just you.

Turns out, 10 out of 10 men that you meet on a day-to-day basis, they are in the pit of either masturbation, pornography, or hookups.

For whatever reason, they cannot put their, they cannot leave their own hands to themselves.

For whatever reason, the vast majority of people, whenever a woman gives them a bit of attention, validation, guess what?

They just want to copulate with her.

Zero sexual discipline.

So, these are the people that you are waiting on to come and help you out.

Do you see the problem here?

Because I'm hoping if you can see the problem, you can also see the solution.

I just want to eat garbage.

Now, combine all that, so you have poor sleep as well.

You're constantly stimulating yourself through porn.

You're constantly touching yourself and then you're constantly eating absolute filthy shit.

This is why I was suffering down there.

This is why when I was called upon to pound the yam, guess what?

I would fail to pound the yam because all of a sudden, my guy, two minutes we are in, we're like this, and then later, he's out.

Seven days of semen retention, we have woken up absolutely amazing.

Today, it's a blessing to be alive today.
