The youth of 76 took to the streets without alcohol and Hookah pipes!
The youth of today faces a new struggle, drug addiction and alcohol abuse. I’m deeply disappointed in @Julius_S_Malema for allowing this. If anything, this should have been a substance free safe space where sober choices are encouraged.
“All of you must vote for Nxamalala, Next year Jacob Zuma will be 85 years old — 85, alive and walking on his own two feet. Now you must give him a birthday present, and the best birthday present for Comrade Jacob Zuma will be a two-thirds majority come the 4th of November.” MK Party Second Deputy President Tony Yengeni
“Amandla, Abahambe!” Tony Yengeni
Don't lecture us about economic freedom when you built your wealth by robbing the poor. You can't bankrupt a Black bank, steal from elderly investors, and then turn around and tell us to march for ownership.
“It’s counter-revolutionary to delegitimise the cries of the people, whatever number the are. Let’s not insult the March and March processes led by @JacintaNgobese, @NgizweMchunnu and @PhakelaMthakath because we’re going to push them away to reactionary right-wing forces funded by the captain’s of South Africa’s economic industry.” - @FloydShivambu
@vodlozomnyama@Patriot_S_A@Dzungie007 lol I also don’t want to see violence happen cause both sides lose in this anyways but I wouldn’t blame South Africans for taking matters into their own hands. It’s their country they can do whatever they want
"We cannot carry the burden of every single failed African president." – Jacinta Ngobese.
She is calm. She is logical. And she is right.
"The community is not wrong for demanding that the law be implemented."
"If genuine asylum seekers need help, the government must provide refugee camps ..; not dump them in our communities."
"We have never advocated for violence. All we've ever said is: enforce the laws."
"African leaders must sit down and be honest, instead of going on red carpets while their citizens suffer."
"A passport must mean something. Coming here illegally and getting jobs? That is not acceptable."
She is not saying close the borders to everyone. She is saying: enforce the law. Prioritise South Africans. Hold other governments accountable.
You shout "compassion" and "sympathy" from your bed. You make noise on Twitter about uniting Africa. But in Durban, it's only Muslims on the ground helping Malawians. Where are you, Pan Africanists? Where are you? Shouldn't you be there dressed in black and red doeks helping
We had zero expectations from any other nations to support Bafana Bafana. If your country didn’t qualify for the World Cup you have every right to support whoever you like.
