I am of the view that YES, the ckub needs a Technical Director. Someone with extensive experience in that role to help shape the club's technical structures and direction. Help to put in place high level put in place technical operations. That's just my view.

@Simphiwe_Chef Strategy , recruitment and club operations are duties of the SD in a bigger scheme things. Club methodology, development and long term planning would ordinarily be the roles of the TD.
The roles as I had indicated earlier on are also determined by how the club is structured.
