Cyber criminals and online predators are misusing children’s photos and personal details from social media for CSAM, AI morphing, grooming, sextortion, cyberbullying and identity theft.
Schools are advised to avoid posting identifiable photos, names, class details, locations or real-time updates involving minors, and ensure strict review before sharing any child-related content online.

Monthly average registration of cases is down to 3,065 from 3682.9 in 2025 n 11103.3 in 2021
Charge Sheet Rate improved to 86.04% from 81.46 in 2025 n 39.40 in 2021

In the State of Assam, the availability of Petrol and Diesel is quite surplus: Out of total petrol and diesel produced in four refineries in Assam, the state consumes only 27%. In other words, there is a surplus of 73%.
Please check the following facts:
1. Average monthly production in 4 refineries (including NRL) :
Petrol (MS) = 168 thousand metric tonnes
Diesel (HSD) = 403 thousand metric tonnes
2. Average monthly consumption in Assam :
Petrol (MS) = 63 thousand metric tonnes
Diesel (HSD) = 92 thousand metric tonnes
3. Monthly average surplus :
Petrol (MS) = 105 thousand metric tonnes
Diesel (HSD) = 311 thousand metric tonnes
Don’t resort to panic buying. Police authorities will register criminal cases against those buy petrol and diesel in lose containers under the following sections of the law:
BNS Section 285 – Negligent conduct with respect to fire or combustible matter
